I recommend eating more raw organic fruits and vegetables daily. You should specifically be eating more vegetables than fruits because of the amount of sugars that fruits contain. Overall you should be getting organic raw fruits and vegetables and some type of probiotic vegetable or drink daily. These probiotics are good bacteria for your gut which help balance out and get rid of excess bad bacteria which will cause acne and more of it. This is just an acne diet advice video!
